United Green, a leading staffing firm, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic On-Site Client Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with our state director and payroll team to ensure that daily reports, attendance sheets, and other issues are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with all United Green employees working on-site to resolve any issues that may arise, including attendance, onboarding questions, start information, and more.
Our On-Site Client Coordinator will work with production managers to keep the team updated with real-time information, creating daily report sheets, and managing time clocks. Responsibilities also include staffing management, coordinating incentive programs, onboarding of all employees, and full HR cycle management.

This is a Monday-Thursday role with the shift time of 5:30AM-3:30PM that requires you to arrive prior to all 1st shift employees and stay late enough for all 2nd shift employees. The perfect candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive, and understand the importance of detail in managing multiple tasks. This role will be almost entirely based in Lake Orion, MI. With some training and check-ins being completed at our Headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI.

Requirements:
· Computer Skills (Expert in Microsoft Office Suites)
· Prior Onboarding Experience (1-2 years preferred)
· Bonus Experience: SyncHR and Bullhorn CRM/ATS Experience
· Organization and Time Management Skills
· Great Communication Skills
· Excellent Attendance Record
· Problem solving and conflict resolution experience
Shift:
· Monday-Thursday (5:30AM-3:30PM)
