Ferndale Ministorage is looking to hire an on-site property manager for five days each week.

There are 500 storage units at this facility, with access control protected by an electronic gate and security cameras. The property manager will be required to handle payments and deposits, use computer programs, maintain security, have expectational customer service skills, and manage a part time assistant.

The position comes with a $35,000 a year salary, free apartment of roughly 1500 square feet that is connected to the office, attached one car garage, free utilities, and a free storage unit. One large bedroom upstairs with full bath, one bathroom and shower downstairs with a hallway bedroom, a large, spacious living room and kitchen. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer, and the kitchen is furnished with kitchen appliances.

The office is open from 9am-6pm on Mondays through Saturday, and 10am-4pm on Sunday.
