About the Inside Sales Team
The GetSales Inside Sales team is the heartbeat of the organization. Focusing on the fundamentals of sales, rather than a script, our sales team is able to take a principle-based approach to navigate through any part of the sales process and consistently deliver outstanding results.
About the Onboarding Coordinator role
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with our sales, operations, and tech team to help drive growth by helping our salespeople navigate through a high-volume, fast-paced sale.
- Creatively think through and resolve complex problems related to the sales funnel by using a variety of data management, compliance, and communications systems.
- Conducting Zoom calls for identity verification and to provide additional information to sales prospects as needed.
- Managing job postings and helping to navigate reps' leads through the application process.
- Sending out job offer emails and occasionally sending SMS messages for documentation purposes.
- Develop your career within an innovative and evolving company while working with some of the largest startups in the world.
About you
- Desire to help others and the demonstrated ability to support and assist team members with day to day issues
- Clear communication skills and the ability to relay information quickly and effectively to team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate flexibly in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Experience with customer service or internal ticketing systems (preferred)
- Ability to consistently work a 40-hour workweek (M-F, 9a-6p, 1-hour lunch included)
