This position is full-time year-round ONLY.

This position assists accounting and HR as needed. Daily tasks could include a variety of the following:
- Prepare welcome bags for new arrivals
- Schedule and coordinate new employee interviews and onboarding
- Assist in new employee onboarding, drug screenings, and tours
- Monthly coordination and organization of human relations activities
- Follow up with HR on meetings, missing documents, outstanding issues, etc.
- Preparation of year-end HR filings and coordination with maintenance for moving boxes to storage units as needed
- Distribute resort mail daily
- Scheduling of HR and Accounting appointments.
- Greet incoming visitors and coordinate walk-in meetings
- Maintaining a clean and organized mailroom and file room
- Shredding of Town Hall documents
- Cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee room and bathroom

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software.
