DEPT: Max De Pree Center for Leadership
HOURS: 3 per week. Not to exceed 20 hours total per 6-week cohort.
STATUS: Non-Exempt
FT/PT/TEMP: Temporary / On-call (pending grant funding)
REPORTS TO: De Pree Center’s Program Specialist
Brief Description:
Online Road Ahead Guides are responsible for leading De Pree Center Road Ahead cohorts with up to 8 participants. This includes facilitating six, two-hour sessions, preparing for sessions, and communicating and checking in with both participants and De Pree Center staff throughout the course of each cohort. Online Road Ahead Guides will collaborate closely with the Program Specialist and Director of Operations, and will lead cohorts virtually and do their work remotely.
This is a one-year grant-funded position and the position in future years is dependent on the grant’s renewal. Guides will lead anywhere between 1-5 cohorts, depending on their own availability and the availability of the cohort participants.
The Road Ahead is a six-week group experience that helps individuals get unstuck and discern next steps on their road ahead. The cohort is designed to give participants space to self-reflect, recharge, and explore new possibilities as they consider what and whom God is calling them to in their work.
