Job Description:

  • This position is onsite at the St. Louis, MO location.

  • This department operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays.

  • This position will work a schedule including weekends and holidays that fall on normally scheduled work days.

  • Monitor internal systems for timely mailed member communications to ensure notifications are within compliance guidance.

  • Candidate may need to print and mail letters to ensure compliance.

  • Letters will be sent via the mail and will require that the candidate to be onsite (St. Louis HQ1) to perform essential job functions.

Primary Functions:

  • Work from Case management systems queue and email reports.

  • Attach letters to completed cases to case management systems.

  • Print letters as needed, stuff envelopes, add postage and place in the mail cart for delivery.

  • Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.

  • Understands simple instructions and procedures.

  • Delivers basic technical or operative Mail & Print Services tasks while operating office or mail equipment in an office environment.

  • Move mail cart as needed for mail pick up.

Skills:

  • TOP SKILLS - Microsoft Office (Excel and applications within)

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to solve complex problems and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to diagnose a situation and make recommendations on how to correct

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Ability to stand for extended time periods

  • Ability to operate printer

  • Ability to operate postage meter

  • Intermediate PC Skills

  • No lifting is required

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
