We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Assistant for a light aluminum manufacturing facility (boat lifts) - Must be Mechanically Inclined! You will be entrusted to serve as the voice of our Company to our customers, business partners, and behind the scenes operations.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Logistics
• Assist in possible production improvements.
• Verify and document completed shipments
• Assist in shipping and receiving
• Help in the organization of orders

Qualifications

• Conscientious and responsible
• Outstanding communication skills
• 1 year working in a customer focused environment
• Proven Track Record of Success
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• High school education or equivalent
• Critical thinking skills
• Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment
• Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
• Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
• Must be able to pass background check
