Job Summary:
The Event Operations Administrator provides support to the Operations Team ensuring efficient prep and coordination and execution of all T-Mobile Center events.
Essential Duties:
  • Coordinate internal & external meetings, conference room scheduling, travel booking & expenses and other administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Facilitate generation and payment of invoices in conjunction with the finance department.
  • Maintain input and accuracy of CMMS and other event operations reporting systems as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to event operations staff as needed including but not limited to reports, event notes, event preparation etc… i.e. parking passes, food and beverage execution.
  • Maintain department documents and calendars.
  • On show days assist where needed and assigned including VIP events.
  • Coordinate work orders for maintenance needs.
  • Interact in a professional manner when dealing with various internal and external customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Contribute to the organization’s sustainability efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum education level of: College Degree or its equivalency
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enterprising and self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently administratively support a department.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
  • Work involves constant operation of computer and other office productivity machinery.
