The Operations Director serves on our team as a forward thinking-partner providing visionary leadership to ensure the overall success of our operations. The director’s first responsibility is execute the vision of our Operator to "be where the moment matters", take ownership in the restaurant having a growth mindset, and exhibit care for all Team Members and Guests. The director must ensure that the relationship among the teams is healthy and strong. Partnering with the operator to protect the safety and security of the restaurant, the director must fully understand all the risks facing the business and be passionate about implementing policies, providing necessary communication, and taking immediate steps to protect Chick-fil-A brand standards and our team members.

The Operations Director:

Compensation begins at $17 an hour and includes retirement contribution, health insurance contribution and paid vacation.
