Blue Mountain Therapy has an immediate need for an Operations Manager to work out of the main corporate office in Abingdon, Virginia.

The Operations Manager will join the healthcare leadership team to facilitate patient care throughout Blue Mountain Therapy, ensuring outstanding patient care outcomes and delivery of high quality care. The Operations Manager will oversee all facets of the practice that includes healthcare therapy settings of: Home Health, Outpatient, School Contracts, Therapeutic Consultation, Early Intervention, and will manage recruitment and retention of support staff, prepare budgets and reports, order equipment and medical supplies, in addition to establishing and managing clinic billing practices. Additional Businesses under the company umbrella include Virginia Licensed Childcare Center.

Operations Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• 3 - 5 years management experience required.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
