K Source, a leading auto parts distributor, is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager in our Rancho Dominguez, CA location.

To be successful in this role, you should be a confident decision-maker, help our staff develop, and be productive while ensuring the company is profitable.

Responsibilities:

*Daily communication with our Taiwan office in Mandarin

*Managing people and enforcing policies for two DC locations, Rancho Dominguez, CA, and Atlanta, GA,

*Oversee day-to-day operations

*Work closely with the sales team and support them in performing their best

*Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

*Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

*Evaluate and improve operations performance

*Direct the employee assessment process

*Prepare regular reports for upper management

*Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

Skills:

*Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the distribution business

*Experience in planning and budgeting

*Knowledge of business processes and functions (EDI, Microsoft Office, HR, etc.)

*Strong analytical ability

*Good communication skills

*Good organizational and leadership skills

*Good problem-solving aptitude

*BS/BA in Business or relevant field (MS/MA is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
