ReVision Energy is looking for an Operations Manager to join our New Hampshire locations. This is a full-time, office-based, M-F position based out of our Brentwood office, with regular travel to our Enfield NH office.
Annual salary $85-90,000

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Branch Operations Manager (BOM) has the overall responsibility and oversight for the performance of the Branch Operations division and manages the Operational Process and Installation teams. The BOM is responsible for delivering the highest quality installation of Solar PV systems, Air Source Heat Pumps, Hot Water Tanks, Battery storage, and EV systems for our valued customers while providing strong and compassionate leadership for all Branch Operational co-owners.
The BOM is responsible for oversight of all self-performed projects upon signed contract to closeout, ensuring exceptional customer service and technical excellence throughout the Operations process. The BOM works closely with the Branch Leadership Team and Branch Sales Manager and oversees the Installation Manager, Branch Design/Engineering team, Branch Operations Administrative team, Branch Technology Specialists and Branch Procurement and Logistics teams. The BOM will also work closely with other company functional groups, notably the Service Division and Director of Operations.
The Operations Manager is responsible for completing and/or facilitating all aspects of the branch operational process and supporting all branch operations personnel so they can do their duties in a safe, efficient and profitable manner while reducing carbon emissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the efficient and timely progress of all projects from sale to closeout
- Oversee and/or maintain accurate CRM data for entire Operations team
- Has overall organizational responsibility for the branch operations team, comprised of engineering/design, operations administrators, permit/contract specialists, technology specialists and procurement, warehouse and logistics teams in support of the install team
- Provide and track key operations KPIs and other metrics and reports to relevant functional groups within the branch and company in pursuit of continuous improvement
- Maintain and enforce all company safety standards in collaboration with Safety Director and Branch Safety Manager
- Maintain and enforce all company quality standards in collaboration with Engineering
- Department and branch Technology specialists
- Oversee all training and compliance standards in collaboration with ReVision Energy Training Center (RETC) goals and programs and other functional groups
- Work closely with the VP of Residential Operations and other Branch Operations Managers to share performance metrics, best practices and resources and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety, quality and legendary customer service
- Drive revenue for the branch by assuring timely scheduling and completion of all under contract work
- Oversee the Installation Team managers, assuring that installation teams are scheduled and managed efficiently and effectively
- In collaboration with others, develop and execute hiring, training and/or disciplinary plans for the branch operational team
QUALIFICATIONS (required)
- Highly organized & have the ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with others (customers and co-owners) across a large variety of topics and situations
- General understanding and competence in the design and installation of renewable systems
- Strong competence with Computer systems including Excel, Word, E-mail, CRM and web-based applications
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on identifying problems before they arise
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills – ability to foster a positive team in challenging environments and scenarios
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, community focused workplace
