Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
We are seeking a motivated individual to take responsibility for and maintain an Order Desk for our Dealer, Distributor, and OEM customers. This person must have attention to detail, and strive for accuracy and precision in their duties.
Review and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy
Create Sales Orders in ERP system and track to completion
Track shipments and update in ERP system
Monitor shipping and production schedule to ensure required ship dates are met
Assist Accounting department with invoicing and billing as needed
Check shipments documents against loading/packing lists
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Desired Skills/Experience
Attention to detail a must
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
Associates Degree or 2 years of professional experience in related field
Netsuite Experience a plus
Customer Service Experience a plus
