CASCO USA, a multi-state distributor of compressed air, pumps, vacuum blowers, chillers, and related services, is seeking to add a proessional Order Management Specialist to our Washington, PA team.

A typical day for an Order Management Specialist includes working with customers and sales staff to manage orders, shipments, and receipt verification. Processing billing & payment information will also be required. Candidates will build direct relationships with customers and vendors. We value our customers and want that value evidenced through all of our interactions. Whether over the phone, via email, or in person, candidates must possess superior customer service skills. Be prepared to effectively work across company departments to find answers and solutions for this position.

The ability to offer customer solutions, resolve customer issues, and the desire to provide complete customer satisfaction are of the utmost importance. A thorough understanding of the sales and purchasing process is helpful. Candidates of varied experience will be considered. Salary is commensurate with qualifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide customer service through sales and purchasing

Research supplier, customer, and product information
Assist the service, sales, and engineering departments
Maintain optimum inventory levels
Complete & update company electronic database and filing system
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Oversee Logistics

Properly enter & code all orders for billing

Review & process order invoicing
Other customer service and office tasks as required

Strong independent work ethic
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
