PURPOSE: Review all task assigned and responsibilities as the Picker Position here at Red Mountain Retail
- Maintain all prerequisite items needed to be a Picker with Red Mountain Retail.
- Valid Driver?s License (except grandfathered employees)
- Grandfathered employees are not allowed to drive any company vehicles
- Lift Certification within first 90 days of employment.
- Clean Driving record to ensure insurability through company insurances
- Any tickets or citations once employed with the company will be reported directly to their supervisor.
- Ability to test negatively on a Urinalysis (through company choice company) at any given time (random urinalysis will be given without warning or notification; positive urinalysis will be subject to immediate termination).
- Responsible to clock in and out daily to include lunches on ADP (payroll system) or inform management immediately when done incorrectly.
- Must be able to read and use general mathematics as needed.
- Must not have had a Felony in the past 10 years and maintain once employed
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime with minimal notice (compensation will be given when necessary).
