OVERVIEW:
Toys for Trucks, Inc. is an industry leader in the specialty retail business for sales and installation of Car, Truck, Van, SUV and Jeep accessories. Our Appleton, WI location is growing and we are seeking an Order Processor to add to our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our customer service team is responsible for all contact with our customers as well as ensuring proper order fulfillment. As an order processor, your daily tasks will include data entry with a high level of accuracy. There is room to grow in this position and we are looking for someone with problem solving and critical thinking skills and who is willing to support other functions within the customer service department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing orders from our order queue to various suppliers
• Evaluate all orders and ensure accuracy of data entry
• Recognize and report unusual sales or wrong information
• Prioritize assigned work
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Windows, Google Suite (Gmail, shared docs, etc), and keyboard shortcuts
• Ability to understand and use new software quickly
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritization

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES PREFERRED:

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP’s, filtering, common formatting issues)
• Experience in customer service (via phone, email, or in person)
• Fluent bilingual in English, Spanish (spoken and written)

This position's regular hours are Thursday-Monday or Saturday - Wednesday. Training will be Monday-Friday.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
