This is an excellent opportunity to join a quickly growing leader in the flooring industry.

Elysium Tile Florida is hiring an Order Processor/ Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily support the outside sales representatives and handle order processing. You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates. You will assist our clients with order questions, stock questions, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

· ZERO IN PERSON INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS
· Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
· Review daily emails
· Input orders into company system
· Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
· Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
· Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
· Provide email and phone support to our dealers and sales team

Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years of customer service, order processing, shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
·Know the correct typing technique and can reach typing speed 40 words per minute
· Excellent computer skills
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
