Summary: Ensures timeliness submission and receipt of agency orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Other Duties May Be Assigned)

• Responsible for submitting physician orders for signature
• Receives and processes signed orders
• Responsible for follow-up and tracking of outstanding orders
• Works closely with Account Executives to assist in the timely retrieval of physician signed documents
• Assists Orders Manager with other duties as needed

Education and/or Experience: One year of medical office experience is preferred.
