Job Description
Manages one or more consulting engagements modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend organizational change solutions. Provides appropriate services to client for deliverable needs.
Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more organizational change engagement components.
Oversees performance of organizational change engagement data collection, research, reporting activities and staff.
Performs analysis and solution development for key organizational change engagement module(s).
Determines and effectively recommends organizational change solutions and measures outcomes. Works with senior consultants/managers to develop and deliver client solutions and resolves project and client issues.

Project Management – Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives.
