This is an opportunity to create efficiency in digital transformation of an Air Force enterprise. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your expertise to help your team assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop communication and change management strategies. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices.

You Have:
- Experience with change management, strategic planning, culture change, or cross-functional transformation
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders on behalf of leadership
- Experience with creating and delivering verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and briefs
- Experience with individually developing and delivering comprehensive change management solutions, including engagement strategies and products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, adapt to constantly changing requests, and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in working with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment
- Experience with client offsite preparation and execution, including guiding and setting objectives, developing pre-work and event materials, event facilitation, and post-event analysis
- Experience with working in multi-stakeholder and matrixed organizational environments
- Experience with digital or IT transformations
