We are a company that values honesty and is growing fast, VV Logistics Solutions Inc., seeking experienced and motivated CDL-A drivers to join our team. We are offering competitive pay of $.65 per mile with an $8000 sign-on bonus for a 1099 position.

Our company is pet and rider friendly, allowing drivers to bring their furry friends or a passenger with them on long hauls. We are looking for drivers with a minimum of two years over the road experience and a clean driving record with no accidents.

Our fleet consists of 2018-2023 Freightliner or Volvo trucks, and our drivers take the trucks home with them for the duration of their trips. Orientation is held in Chicago, and transportation to the orientation will be paid by the company. Drivers are only required to be OTR for a minimum of two weeks.

Qualifications:

• CDL-A license
• Minimum of 2 years of OTR experience
• Reefer experience (6 months or close to )
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• .65 CPM (2,500-3,500 miles/weekly )

We are offering an $8,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS for all drivers who are able to fulfil the criteria below:

Bonus Breakdown:

• Meet Monthly Quota of 10k miles/monthly
• Check in and out of shippers as asked to do so by company.
• Maintain good Driver/Dispatcher communication.
• Send pic and copy oif BOL's.
• Obey Hours Of Service(HOS).
• Drivers Receive $1,000 after first week and $300.00 per month for 25 months
