JOB TITLE: Out-of-School Time Manager
The Out-of-School Time (OST) Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of Vetri Community Partnership's high-quality OST programs in Philadelphia and Camden schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, staff supervision, and community partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Innovation
Implement a strategic plan for OST programming that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
Launch the organization’s first venture into curriculum licensing and external staff development services.
Oversee program growth through the development of cross-functional teams.
Program Management
Oversee program development, implementation, compliance and evaluation in collaboration with school-based staff, community partners, and other stakeholders.
Provide guidance, training, and support to program staff and ensure the delivery of high- quality services to students.
Manage program budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community partners to ensure program success and sustainability.
Monitor and report program outcomes and impact to stakeholders, including funders and the organization's leadership team.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in program management, staff supervision, and community partnerships
Experience in out-of-school time programming
Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices in after-school programming
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Philadelphia schools, the School District of Philadelphia and community resources is a plus
Past experience demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to improving health outcomes for students
Must be able to lift approximately 40lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods of time
Successful completion of PA Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse History Check, and FBI

$55,000-$60,000 annual salary
