Our fast-paced real estate company seeks an experienced, reliable assistant to take charge of various functions, including interaction with our clients and business partners, taking calls and hosting showings with prospective buyers, attending weekly meetings, running errands, etc. We need a quick learner, someone who is capable of taking direction but also able to work independently. A highly motivated, upbeat, “do whatever it takes” individual will best fit our team. The successful candidate will report to and support our Disposition Manager. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business and grow with the company.

Compensation: $65,000-$69,000 + Commission
Responsibilities
- Call sellers to confirm appointments to visit homes and build rapport
- Use the MLS system to find cash buyers
- Build and maintain relationships with our buyers/investors and real estate agents
- Keep CRM updated with the most recent communication and tasks
- Be challenged to reach your goals and think outside the box
- Constantly be thinking of ways we can innovate and improve upon existing systems and processes to help grow and scale
- Assist in hosting investor/agent meetup events/webinars
- Assist with keeping disp website up to date
- Coordinate and work with Acquisitions whenever needed
Qualifications
At Brothers Buy Homes, you must:
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of admin/sales experience
- Be a team player
- Be a self-starter
- Be coachable and willing to learn

Compensation
$65,000-$69,000 + Commission
Together, Daryll and his brother, Neil, started and co-own a residential investment real estate company called Brothers Buy Homes, a real estate flipping/development company in San Francisco, CA & Los Angeles, CA where they successfully purchase, renovate, and sell over 150 single family homes/year. They also co-own a real estate brokerage called The Canlas Brothers Real Estate Group in San Francisco, CA with $150 million/year in sales volume.
Because they have the right mindset to win and lead, they were able to accomplish all of this within the last six years- starting from nothing!
