Our goal is to Help clients reach emotional wellness through individual therapy. Worthwhile wellness is and LGBTQ+ safe space and provides teletherapy through a HIPAA compliant platform and has in-person availability in Swartz Creek, MI.

Our work environment includes:

• Hybrid- Must be willing to see a minimum of 6 clients in person
• There are no additional fees for the use of our EHR or office space
• Paid for Marketing
• Part time Positions available
• Full Time Positions available

Fee Schedule:

• Fully Licensed Clinicians earn a 70/30 Split after 10 clients.
• Fully Licensed Clinicians earn a 60/40 split if they have less than 10 clients.
• Limited Licensed Social Workers earn 50/50 Split for less than 13 clients
• Limited Licensed Social Workers earn 60/40 after 13 Clients

**Our Swartz creek office will be available starting May,2023**

This position is for an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our organization. The right candidate will be responsible for working directly with clients and maintaining client records. Responsibilities:.

• Assess patient's mental health status.
• Perform psychological testing.
• Assess patient's degree of impairment and their response to treatment.
• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy as appropriate and in coordination with other health care providers.
• Complete records on time according to HIPAA and internal standards.
• Keep accurate records including reports of diagnoses, medications, appointments, and therapy sessions.
