What will I be doing?
As a Therapist, you will be helping children and adolescents who are at risk of being removed from the home. Our goal is to preserve the family through intensive weekly therapy sessions.

You will be working on:

• Communication skills
• Individual and family counseling
• Crisis intervention and treatment
• Case management activities
• Creating individual treatment plans based on family’s needs

Am I a good fit?
In this position you will be travelling in the community to meet families where they are. A flexible schedule is important for this role and allows you to have control over your session planning. Attention to detail and organization skills will ensure success in this role.

Qualifications:
Master’s on licensure track supervision preferred or LAPC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW with Master’s degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, etc. and license. A minimum experience of 2 years in the mental health field and includes working with children and families which may include intern, volunteer, and professional child and family services work. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check and must have valid driver's license with safe driving record.
