• You must have prior success selling large-ticket capital equipment to manufacturing Owners, Presidents, and CEOs.
• You have a proven track record of prospecting success and are excited to tell us about your ability build and maintain a full pipeline.
• You are comfortable asking questions that help business owners and leaders understand how you can have a meaningful impact on their growth.
• To be successful, you must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and work well independently.
• You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals.
• You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find and close new business, sell value instead of price, and develop long-lasting customer relationships.
• You should be proud of your numbers and eager to tell us how your sales results make you the best candidate to join our growing team.
• Experience with consultative selling or solution selling is helpful. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and “job shop” operations also helpful.
• Prior earnings of $100k in variable compensation plan desirable with the desire to earn more.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
