Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $50,000-$75,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (1st year OTE $100k +)

Outside Sales (IT Managed Services, Cyber Security or VoIP Exp Req) Description

Our client, an IT Services and Telecom industry leader, is looking for an Outside Sales professional to join their growing team in Columbus. You are required to work in the office when not traveling to see customers. This position requires 50% of local travel to customer locations in your designated territory from 8 am - 5 pm, allowing plenty of work-life balance and no overnight travel. You will be responsible for territory planning, developing new sales opportunities, and managing existing accounts for various industries needing a boost in business productivity. To qualify, you must have IT Managed Services, Cyber Security or VoIP sales experience. 30% of your time will go towards managing the existing business in the territory, while 70% will be spent on new business development. Outside Sales (IT Managed Services, Cyber Security or VoIP Exp Req) Responsibilities

● Develop assigned market by generating leads and closing sales
● Identify and nurture new prospects
● Maintain existing client base
● Collaborate with engineering to increase productivity
● Assess client needs with a consultative approach
● Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to internal tech experts
● Build and deliver sales proposals and presentations
● Forecast future sales and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
● Manage sales pipeline
● Provide customer service support to customer base
● Participate in ongoing training and company meetings

Outside Sales (IT Managed Services, Cyber Security or VoIP Exp Req) Qualifications

● 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
● 2+ years of IT Managed Services, Cyber Security or VoIP sales experience required
● Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
● MS Office & Excel experience required
● Ability to travel locally up to 50% required
