Qualifications
- 3 years experience in insulation or construction.
- Strong communication and team building skills.
- Ability to read construction blueprints and conduct on-site take offs for bidding.
Responsibilities
- As an Outside Sales Representative/Field Agent you would be responsible for:
- Reading blue prints and doing onsite walkthrough estimates for residential (new and existing) and light commerical projects.
- Ensure you have a crew of installers that are well-trained in insulation installation and safety.
- Generating new sales and servicing current customers.
- Manage a warehouse by keeping track of inventory and ensuring inventory is stocked for upcoming projects.
- Working with Corporate office.
- Maintaining all equipment and vehicles, and coordinating repairs as needed.
