Dispatcher working out of our F
ountain Valley, California Laboratory and reporting directly to the Chemistry Supervisor. Provided a job offer is made and accepted, we are offering a one-time
Signing Bonus of $1,000.00 (minus all applicable taxes).

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher is to provide support between Antech functional units and transportation teams, acting as a liaison between transportation staff and our clientele.
- As a Dispatcher, oversee and direct drivers and floaters on their assigned routes; oversee the scheduling, staging, tracking, and reporting of daily activities; communicate any additional call-ins/stops from clients to drivers.
- Manages all inbound and outbound flights for the region.
- Schedule Cyto flights.
- Assisting drivers with any questions or concerns problem resolution while on the route.
- Monitor and confirm that all packages have been picked up from clients and delivered properly
- Communicate any transportation delays to the lab in a timely manner and use TMS tools to eliminate delays to the current environmental constraint standard.
- Communicate with Trans Supervisor, ATM, and RTM on all issues that arise during a route.
- Responsible for compliance with all TMS/AGL processes including and not limited to: Driver check-ins, delays, float driver use management, blind and proximity management, audits, verification counts.
- PM and Weekend management of AGL Emails/Incidents (manage all locations inbound urgent needs, ensure monitoring and distribution of that day's incidents still open).
- Assist in other duties relevant to transportation services.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior courier driving or dispatch experience is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Personal computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
