Job Role- Owner's Engineer
Job Location- Sabine pass, TX
Job Description
· Preparing technical specifications for owner-furnished equipment.
· Preparing RFP (request for proposal) issuance and response analysis
Monitoring of construction progress
· Monitoring of equipment and material compliance with specifications
· Engineering design and planning reviews
· Schedule analysis and optimization
· General reporting to owner on the basis of technical and business competence
· Quality assurance services during construction include the supervision of EPC contractors, quality assurance of vendors, HSE inspections, etc.
· Support documentation review, design review, compliance with relevant codes, acceptance and performance tests, fitness-for-service assessment and claim management
Qualification:
· Chemical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
