Good Day Farm in Columbia is seeking to hire Packaging Techs and Pre-Roll Techs both within the Packaging Department. Candidates should have precise attention to detail, excellent attendance, and a team player mindset to join the Packaging Department.

Shifts are Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Wednesday.

Hours are 6am-5pm. 4 10hr shifts then 3 days off in a row!

Shifts may change dependent on Company needs.

Essential Functions

• Weighing, bagging, and/or jarring of flower
• Capping and labeling packages and jars
• Prepping biomass for pre rolls and blunts
• Rolling pre rolls and blunts
• Applying labels to packages
• Packaging material handling
• Verifying counts and initial counting of finished goods
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs.
• Job requires standing, sitting, bending, up to 10 hours a day
• Must be have great manual dexterity

Basic Qualifications

• A genuine passion for cannabis
• Must be at least 21 years of age and obtain a Missouri Agent Card to work in the facility
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented mind set with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Demonstrated experience working well within a team environment
• Manual dexterity to label and package cannabis and ancillary products
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior working experience within manufacturing
• Knowledge of the Cannabis industry
