PAINT SALES MANAGER

The Paint Manager will be responsible for all ordering, stocking, and paint related sales in our paint department, as well as sales support for the counter. Help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.

What We're Looking For:

Full Time Position

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

· Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice.

· Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.

· Proactively assist customers in solving problems.

· Greet customers entering and throughout the store.

· Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.

· Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates and coworkers.

· Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service, build positive relationships with customers.

· Lead by example; be approachable by all associates and customers

· Maintain the paint room and stock shelves daily.

Experience:

Formal retail experience of at least two years preferred

Knowledge of Benjamin Moore Products preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,420.07 - $70,000.00 per year
