Sully Investment Group's sister company SIG Property Maintenance / BI-State Lawns is searching for a painter.

We contract with the largest Quad City Apartment Community and do painting on apartment turnovers. We will also do commercial, HOA as well. The ideal canidate has prior experience painting, if flexible and can work with a few days notice at times. Currently painting is part-time/slower, but can be full time come spring/summer if disired. If interested in more hours when the spring/summer approaches typically there will be hours Monday-Friday/full time available. The canidate should be self motivated and able to work on own with little supervision. All supplies are provided.

Even part time employee's will earn paid time off.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
