RTS- This is to ensure that the home is clean and ready for shipment. This will include repair work, touch-ups to trim and paint, appliances, ETC.

Quality control inspector/ Must have been in a previous position of quality control.

Monday – Friday Day Shift 7am until finished.

Assignment details:

· Use painting materials to paint the interior and/or exterior of a home.

· Utilize mudding and sanding supplies for drywall.

· Work well with team members to complete the job.

· Follow instructions from team leaders.

· Assignment details vary depending on assigned area.

Requirements:

· Excellent attendance is expected and required. Report every day on time and work entire shift.

· Must be able to stand and bend throughout entire shift.

· Ability to use hand tools.

· Follow safety standards; wear proper PPE at all times

· Complete the job as instructed step by step.

· General construction knowledge is a plus.
