The ideal candidate will excel in the following areas among others:

Maintaining the firm's calendar, answering phones, managing an office, working with Court personnel, drafting documents, sending notices, assistance with trial prep, networking and firm promotion, utilization of social media, and excellent client communication.

Foreign language skills are highly desired. The candidate should only consider this position if ready to take ownership of their role, be a self-starter and desire to build a long-term career with the firm. In exchange, the right candidate will be compensated very competitively in accordance with their experience and skills. Benefits will include bonuses, medical insurance, paid vacation and IRA participation. Benefits will begin after a 6-month trial period.
