A boutique Lake Worth Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Law Firm, currently seeks a full-time paralegal/legal assistant/case manager. The successful candidate will have some legal office experience and preferably pre-suit and claims handling experience. Duties include (but not limited to) preparing letters of representation, demands, claim correspondence along with ordering medical records and bills. Candidate will organize case files, communicate with clients, attorneys, medical providers and various insurance companies.

The candidate must be bi-lingual and be a team player, work well with others in a boutique environment and possess excellent writing and communication skills. This is a fast-paced job and the candidate must be able to multi-task as the caseload is consistently growing. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients’ legal needs.

We offer a competitive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience. Work Schedule is: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM — 5 PM

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
