Parts Flow/Warehouse Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for this position has a basic knowledge of warehouse organization to oversee picking, storage, receiving, and dispatching packages and parts. To multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes time. Part flow in the inspection area is paramount in the clinic success. Part movements from Supplier to customer and confirm part status (in transit, waiting inspection, waiting warehouse return, awaiting confirmation and transfer back to stores) and report in excel weekly to customers and leadership. Supplier to request pulling of incoming parts based on PW priority schedule.
Supplier shall track incoming part flow process in weekly report to customer. Reports to include: Inventory and status of all parts that are either A.) Requested to the warehouse area for inspection (in transit, awaiting confirmation) or B.) Parts that are in the warehouse inspection area and confirm part status (waiting inspection, in process, awaiting warehouse return, awaiting confirmation). Report to be delivered in Excel format on a weekly cadence.

• Works directly with Team Leaders to determine priority of the parts required for inspection.
• Responsible for requesting, picking, storage, receiving on-hand parts. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Handle small parcel shipping as well as participate in training, while Maintaining an organized work area to assure cleanliness and safety

• Maintain inventory and control of tooling and consumable items, coordinating with customer for any needed replenishments, repairs, or replacement.

• US Citizen Required due to the nature of the work
• Extensive experience with knowledge in SAP use and navigation of application
• Extensive experience with warehouse and supply chain inventory and management

• Ability to manage flow settings for multiple process paths in inbound and outbound operations for multiple FCs based on shift plan.

• Ability to effectively identify and communicate detailed technical issues. Escalate to management, facilities and Team Leaders. Partner with management.
• Coordinating with Operations to maintain the right level of Work-In-Process (Workable Queues) in each area of every process path to optimize Customer Experience performance and productivity.
