Community Consultant (Part-Time) | Kinect @ Broadway, Everett, WA
American Property Management is growing, and we are looking for a talented Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) for Kinect @ Broadway, 140-unit mid-rise apartment community built in 2020, located in Everett, WA
Position Information
- Property Information – 140 units, mid-rise apartment community
- Schedule – Tuesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm OR Monday 1pm-6pm, Wednesday 9am-6pm; Friday 9am-6pm - Additional hours/days may be required based on property needs. This position requires you to physically be at the property during your scheduled shift.
- Hourly Rate – $26/Hour
- Monthly Leasing Bonuses!

Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in customer service is required.
- Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws, Landlord/Tenant Laws and ADA laws preferred.
- Customer service experience required.
- LIHTC/Affordable Housing experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A positive attitude and a team mentality.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Excel and Word required.
- Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
- Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.
A Day in the Life
- Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight the qualities and selling points of the property/units.
- Handle customer and tenant relations and ensure all issues are being addressed promptly and with a high level of customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of the current area market.
- Prepare and maintain reports for managers.
- Host community events and ensure they are complying with American Property Management's Quality Standards.
- Assist residents from beginning to end of the rental process.
