- Prepare & deliver catering orders (depending on age and training)
- Follow strict food safety guidelines
- Deliver best-in-class speed of service
- Clean and maintain an orderly kitchen; wash dishes & take out trash
- Clean & re-stock workstations, scrub & clean floors
- Track, document, and rotate inventory; communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of food
- Read KPS system effectively to ensure high order accuracy rate
- Follow proper opening/closing procedures
- Follow the instruction of team leaders as they relates to other kitchen responsibilities
