Ejen is looking for part-time employees to join our team! Candidates must have WEEKDAY availability (Mon-Fri at least 3 days). Weekend availability is a plus (Sat-Sun). Students with flexible schedules are welcomed to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• wash dishes, utensils and other kitchen supplies by hand
• assist in maintaining a clean and orderly front- and back-of-house areas (e.g. wipe tables, sweep/mop floors, etc.)
• assist in basic food preparation (e.g. peel, cut vegetables)
• organize the placement of pots, pans, and other kitchen items into appropriate locations
• prepare, package and manage food & beverage orders (e.g. pack sides, pour drinks, keep organization of orders)

• Must have open availability on weekdays (at least 3 days). Weekends are a plus. Tuesday-Wednesday (9am-4pm); Fridays (9am-7pm). Saturdays (9am-7:30pm); Sundays (9am-7pm). NOTE: Please specify your availability to be considered.
• ability to work ASAP
• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID vaccination per NYC indoor dining regulations
