Monarch Investment is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team at The Legacy of Waite Park in Waite Park, Minnesota. We are offering up to $15 - $18/hour and 20 hours a week with a flexible work schedule.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, breezeways, halls in all buildings and the laundry area
- Responsible for basement inspections
- Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas
- Spring & Fall cleanup
- Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to grounds work.
- Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming
- Will deliver notices to residents.
- Snow removal (when needed)
- Occupancy checks
- Picking up dog poop around the grounds and emptying dog poop containers
- Responsible for monthly fire inspection items
- Will be walking the property and using pest control (generally takes 3/4 of a day)
- Emptying cigarette butt buckets
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 6 months experience related to the responsibilities above preferred but not required
- General knowledge of daily maintenance and grounds keeping
- Ability to safely operate equipment
- A valid driver's license is REQUIRED
