IT Support

This is a Part Time position within the hours of 8am - 5pm Mon-Friday.

Help with maintaining computer systems and other technologies. Duties include installing hardware and troubleshoot computer issues, responding to IT questions from company employees and updating hardware and software. Must be friendly and easily approachable with excellent troubleshooting skills. The desire to learn, adapt and manage time effectively is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

IT Technicians have the following responsibilities:

· Maintaining working components through repair or replacement

· Assisting with support calls or texts with technical difficulties

· Working with software setup, coding and basic programing

· Assisting staff with hardware and software challenges/future planning

· Support of vehicle and asset tracking devices

· CCTV installation and setup

· Network hardware installation, wiring and programming

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a technical field is preferred

· Exposure to Quickbase or other “no-code” platforms

· Understanding of accounting software; Sage, QuickBooks, etc.

· A+, MTA, Network+ or other certifications useful

· Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and video surveillance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
