Job description

The Lot person typically works 4 hours in the morning Monday-Friday.

The primary responsibilities of a Lot/Stock Person include but are not limited to:

· Ensure EVERY guest receives outstanding service.

· Ensure ‘truenorth ready’ appearance of entire lot, yard, sidewalks, and car wash.

· Replenish and replace all windshield wiper fluid, squeegees, and towels as necessary.

· Maintain all spill kit and safety area items.

· Shovel, salt, and maintain all areas accessible to customers and staff, during winter months.

· Ensure equipment room remains organized and maintained to the highest of safety standards.

· Assist inside the store and cooler area with stocking and unloading freight.

· Maintain a safe, friendly, and clean environment for our guests, vendors, and employees.

· Fill, organize and stock all coolers and put away orders.

Minimum Requirements:

· Ability to complete all tasks while maintaining total customer focus.

· Ability to stand, bend, and lift for prolonged period of time.

· Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.

· Must be able to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time. (Hot and Cold)

· Must be detail oriented.
