K-9 & Katnip Pet Services is a professional pet care service provider seeking to hire a part time pet sitters. The ideal candidate would be a HUGE animal lover, honest, dependable, hard-working, and available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We are currently in need of someone who is available to work 3-4 days a week! Flexibility is great!

Our walks can be scheduled anywhere between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm. However our weekday walks usually consist between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm. The more flexibility you have in your schedule, the more money you can make.

We do offer overnight stays in client's home while they are away caring for their pets from 7pm - 7am. This is not required for this position, but if you are interested in adding these to your services you can make more money by doing so.

To minimize your driving time, eligible candidates should live in the following zip codes: 30305, 30306, 30307, 30308, 30309, 30318, 30324, 30327, 30329, and 30363.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in animal care or other related fields(preferred)
• Passion to help and treat animals
• Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and maintain insurance on the vehicle
• Work outside in all types of weather
• If having a very structured environment is what you thrive best in, this is not the job for you
• Our daily work schedule varies from the next

Requirements:

• Must have a smart phone with unlimited text and data
• Must love dogs(all breeds) and cats
• Must be flexible
• Must be willing to make a commitment to work at least 6 months for the company
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
