Weekday Evenings and rotating Saturdays!
REPORTS TO: Director /Office Manager
The Office Assistant manages the day-to-day operations of the office. The Office Assistant provides administrative support within the office to therapists and the director. The post holder will be required to work flexibly, in a rapidly developing office environment. It may be necessary to assist, or cover for, other administrative staff from time to time. The Office Assistant is responsible for opening/closing the office. The Office Assistant carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: billing, telephone inquiries, scheduling,
Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
Because of the changing nature of our business your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
