Chestnut Hill is in search of a Part Time Receptionist!

Hours would VARY in the afternoons. 3pm to 8 pm 2 to 3 days per week

Every other Sat and Sunday - 9am - 5pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, visitors, families with a positive, helpful attitude; provide exceptional customer service
• Provides assistance and guidance to visitors, directing them to various locations.
• Ensure visitors are checking in and out of the building
• Get identification from agency, vendor visitors
• Answering phones for a multi-line phone system
• Answer, forward, and return calls in a timely manner
• Fielding calls from Families, hospitals, Nursing Homes, Patients, Physicians, etc.
• Taking and dispatching emergency and non-emergency messages
• Remaining pleasant and professional with callers, and calm under pressure
• Working hand in hand with coworkers
• Check office voicemail, return calls and forward to other team members as necessary
• Entering resident demographics into Point Click Care

• Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Know MS Word and MS EXCEL
• Comfortable with Outlook Email and Windows platform
• Good time management skills
• Have Multitasking capability without compromising on quality
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting others as needed
• Strong history of customer service
