As the Partnership Marketing Account Manager, the core priority of this role is to be a liaison between Carnival Corporation cruise brands and assigned casino accounts, with a primary goal of generating casino revenue by driving partnership growth. The focus will be on Carnival Corporation’s three largest North American brands, and other brands where appropriate.
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing existing and new casino partnership relationships to increase overall partnership value and retention across Carnival Corporation’ cruise brands. This includes development and implementation of strategies and processes to grow profitable casino business. The development of relationships and rapport within the organization and with external partner stakeholders will be essential to this role.
Additionally, the Account Manager will manage day-to-day oversight of partner accounts, including but not limited to facilitation of events, activities, creation and execution of marketing communications or materials, and addressing partner needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and drive marketing initiatives in support of assigned partnership accounts.
- Strengthen relationships by working with brand call centers, onboard casino staff, brand revenue teams, and partner stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
- Manage partner performance to achieve annual casino revenue targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Discipline/Major: Marketing
- Required Years & Area of Professional Experience: 5-10 years’ experience in Marketing.
- Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Casino marketing & cruise industry experience required.
- Preferred Experience and Type: Casino Marketing professional

The range for this role’s base salary is $70,000 - $90,000. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
