Janson Equipment Co. is a Case IH dealership with locations in Reese, Breckenridge, and Charlotte MI growing with Michigan farmers since 1939. You'll be a great fit for our Parts Counter Sales position if:

- You have an applicable bachelor’s degree or high school degree with industry experience.
What we expect from you on a day-to-day basis:
- Retail sales to customers at the counter, on the phone, and internal (shop)
- Suggestive selling
- Parts ordering
- Reserved ticket management
- Showroom stocking and counter presentation
- Maintaining physical facility and personnel in a manner that projects a professional image and controls security
- Professional and friendly interaction with other departments and suppliers
