We are looking to add a Parts Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant who will be cross-trained on the basic functions of our computerized Dealer Management System (DMS) and other parts programs. This includes driving the company-owned Sprinter van to deliver parts, selling parts to customers, ordering parts, finding bin locations, identifying the correct parts in the Mercedes-Benz parts catalog, using the bar code scanner to receive in parts shipments, etc.

Schedule: Alternating 5 day blocks

Block 1: 8am-5/6pm Monday through Friday

Block 2: 8am-5/6pm Tuesday through Friday with 8am-5pm Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Driving company van to pick up and deliver parts to the greater Jackson area
• Minor maintenance on the delivery van. Checking tire inflation pressure and engine oil level, replacing wiper blades, keeping the inside clear of trash and other debris, etc.
• Stocking warehouse shelves
• Receiving in parts shipments
• Pulling parts orders
• Delivering parts to internal Technicians
• light cleaning (sweeping, dusting, trash, etc.)
• Various miscellaneous warehouse tasks

Requirements:

• Current and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 50lbs
