RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an energetic and positive Parts and Accessories Salesperson to join our Phoenix team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Suggest step up items and other complimentary items to customers
• Look up records and enter customer information
• Project positive image to customers always
• Process catalog requests
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Receive and account for all incoming parts
• Stock and display merchandise as required
• Provide cost of parts for customers
• Make sure all displays are organized
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years’ of powersports dealership experience desired
• Experience with Point-of-Sale and computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalog
• Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts
• Must submit to a background check and drug screening

• Pay: This is a commission-based position ($50,000-70,000 is the average range)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Parts: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Motorcycle License (Preferred)
